Nancy Spivey

Nancy Spivey, is a real estate investor, coach and speaker. Known as the Real Estate Investor's Resource, she has coached and educated thousands of new and experienced real estate investors. She works with investors to create profitability, productivity and prosperity by helping them see the "big picture", create strategies and systems that work, and put the pieces of the dynamic real estate investing puzzle together.

Nancy has been investing since the early 1990's and grew up in a family of real estate investors and entrepreneurs. At the age of 13, she began working in a family business and by the age of 16, she began to establish credit to invest in real estate. In college, she started her first business. After graduating from college, Nancy began investing in real estate while working in the corporate world. Finally, she became a full time investor, which allowed her the opportunity to pursue another passion - speaking and coaching to help others realize successes that they have never even imagined possible. Currently, she is an active real estate investor and offers real estate investing training and coaching through her company Transformation Consultants, Inc.

She holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of North Carolina and has obtained her professional coach training from CTI (Coaches Training Institute), which is a coaching school accredited by the International Coach Federation. Her professional affiliations include the National Speakers Association, the International Coach Federation, the National Real Estate Investors Association, and the Georgia Real Estate Investors Association, where she serves on the Board of Directors, as an instructor for the Institute of Education, and Editor of The Offer, newsletter. When she's not transforming houses, businesses, or lives, you'll find her enjoying her garden, the ocean, a good book, or playing with her two dogs.
