Kwesi Nichols
Biography
Kwesi Nichols is an expert in buying, rehabbing and selling distressed properties. He was inspired to become a real estate investor due to a burning desire to be self-employed and control his own destiny.
At first, he wanted to make $100K in 6 months. He actually made $130K n 4 months. He was hooked on real estate from that moment on.
Kwesi's next goal was to acumulate a number of money making assets that would bring him over $20k a month in income, both commercial and residential. He found a way put this in place in just 12 months and used this as a basis to develop his own unique real estate investing system.
Persistance is THE key quality a successful real estate investor needs. The willingness to learn new money making techniques and the persistence to make them work.
Kwesi learned how to invest in real estate the old fashioned way from on the job training and trial and error.
He decided to pass the knowledge he gained to others so people do not make the same mistakes he did. Kwesi and his partner, Tristen Cooley developed "The Best in the Game" courses and seminars to teach people how to invest in distressed properties.

Mr Nichols doesn't practice what he preaches and isn't a man of integrity. His workers have a hard time being paid, and his mentoring isn't the best. In did, he has bought a lot of home, but who can't buy REO or bank foreclosures? His main methods of advertising is newspaper ads which we all know is diminishing due to the new coverage you can't get on the internet. His methods are old school and the reason he is selling courses is because he isn't buying much property.
